1. What we collect

• Your name, email, and phone number
• Transaction history on the platform
• Login metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security
• Payment information processed by Paystack (we never see your card details)

2. How we use it

• To process your purchases and fund your wallet
• To deliver transaction receipts and notifications
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

3. How we protect it

Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Sensitive data such as provider credentials and PIN inventory are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. All API traffic is authenticated with HMAC signatures. Every administrative action is audited.

4. Third parties

We share data with our payment processor (Paystack), our VTU providers, and infrastructure providers as required to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by contacting support. Some transaction records are retained for legal and accounting purposes.
