By creating an account on KUYABE DATA SUB you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Nigerian law.
You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Your wallet is funded via Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD, or your dedicated virtual account). Funds are held as a balance for purchasing digital services on the platform. Wallet balances do not earn interest. Funds cannot be transferred to another user.
All data, airtime, PIN, and e-PIN purchases are final. When a provider definitively fails to deliver, your wallet is refunded automatically. Uncertain provider states remain "Processing" until the provider confirms and are then settled.
Wallet credits resulting from failed deliveries are non-withdrawable except at our discretion. For card refunds, contact support.
You agree not to use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or automated abuse of our APIs.
We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
